Took a minute to figure it out, but with that checkbox cleared this game ID boots properly using the LLVM Recompiler. I've been trying to get Ni No Kuni (US - BLUS30947 - ripped from my purchased disc) to play well on RPCS3 but I seem to end up with about 13fps on the overworld and anywhere from 10-15 in cities.

Theoretically the two extra cores and clockspeed might suggest a 66% improvement, but I don't know how well the emulator scales. I know other emulators like CEMU don't care about more than 3 cores.
